PURCHASE OF TRADEMARKED SUPPLIES
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
For a period of [Period of time], the franchiser will provide at a cost of [Cost of goods] at [Address of franchisee] the franchisee must purchase from the franchiser. After above time period expires the franchisee may purchase said products from any supplier, including the franchiser, in so keeping with standards set forth in franchise guidelines and in keeping with trademarks of the franchise. Franchiser may provide a list of those third party suppliers who already have a contractual agreement to produce items bearing trademarked logo that franchisee may utilize. Upon application and with approval of franchiser the franchisee may authorize third party suppliers to produce and manufacture goods with the licensed trademark
